Termination

We can stop your access right away, with no warning, for any reason including if you break these Terms. Once that happens, you can't use the site anymore.

Even if you're damaged somehow, what Goldenpilot owes you is capped at what you paid on the site, or one hundred dollars if you didn't buy anything. We're not responsible for special, accidental, indirect, or follow-on damages. This includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, injury, or privacy issues from using or not being able to use the site, even if we knew this could happen or if your fix doesn't work.

The site comes as-is and as-available, with problems and all, no guarantees. Goldenpilot, its partners, licensors and service providers don't promise anything about the site, express or implied. No claim about how it works, whether it's available, what content or products are there, fitness for any purpose, ownership, or that it's free of infringement. We make no promise that the site runs without stopping, has no errors, that information is accurate or current, or that servers and content are clean of viruses, scripts, malware or bad code.

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

The laws of the Country, not including conflict rules, govern these Terms and your use of the site. Other laws where you live may also apply. If there's a problem with the site, try talking to Goldenpilot first to work it out.

Compliance & Regulations

EU Users: If you're in the European Union, your country's laws give you certain rights we have to follow. US Legal Compliance: You're saying that (i) you're not in a country under US embargo or listed as supporting terrorism, and (ii) you're not on any US government banned or restricted list.

Severability and Waiver

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

These may have been translated. The original English version is what counts if there's a dispute. We can change these Terms whenever. For big changes, we give at least thirty days' notice before they kick in. Keep using the site after that and you're accepting the new version. These are live as of now.
